  • 1.2Million SF design build can manufacture plant for Canpack Inc. in Olyphant, PA managing on site personnel of 350+ subcontractors. Project value is $130 Million plus.
  • Crackersport Road. Three Spec. warehouses on 73 acres totaling 923,000sf.
  • Amazon, Hazleton, PA – 900,000 sq. ft. fast-track interior renovation phased in two occupancies to accommodate 1st ship and 1st receive; completed in nine weeks.
  • Amazon Fulfillment Center, Carlisle PA – 700,000 sq. ft. interior build out. From warehouse fit-out and 26,000 sq. ft. office, project was completed in 3 months.
  • URBN/Anthropologie, Philadelphia, PA – Building #18 Interior/Exterior Complete  Renovation, 110,000 sq. ft., including central plant & interior parking Annex – $54 Million
  • AE Price – Delanco, NJ – 280,000 sq. ft. tilt wall warehouse

  • Park 309. 260,200 sf between two warehouses on a 23-acre site divided by  wetlands. Very tight site conditions with each site having underground filtration basins  totaling close to 90,000 SF
  • URBN, King of Prussia Mall – Renovated simultaneously 20,000 sq. ft. of enclosed regional mall including a full service Pizzeria Vetri.
  • URBN Lifestyle center, Devon, PA – Construction of three buildings and five separate fit-outs, consisting of an Anthropologie store 31,000 SF, a Terrain store 2,800 SF; Terrain café 3,100 SF; an event center with full-service kitchen 4,500 SF. A stand-alone Amis’ Restaurant.
  • Wyeth Facilities – Collegeville, PA – $30+ Million, construction of 3-story & 4-story buildings  simultaneously, including site/interior fit out.
